The Decade of the Seventies was the Age of Promiscuity as sexual harassment continued. In 1974 Robert Harlow was Chair of the Creative Writing Department at the University of British Columbia. He harassed me as a student. Now he is one of Canada’s Great 100. I capitulated for six weeks. In 1975, he attempted to run me out of town.
